Creatorz+ is a digital platform. All products, services, and memberships are digital. We do not sell or ship physical items unless specifically stated. Please check product details before purchasing.

2. Purchases, Access, and Refunds

  • All Sales Are Final:
    Digital products (downloads, music, videos, memberships, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except in cases of technical error (e.g., you receive the wrong file or cannot access your purchase due to a Creatorz+ system issue).

3. Copyright & Creative Content

  • Exclusive & In-House Content:
    Most of our music and videos are exclusive to Creatorz+, made by our own creators and partners.

  • “Copyright-Free” Tracks Disclaimer:
    We offer some music labeled as “copyright free” or similar for creators to use in their own projects.
    However, we do not guarantee that every platform (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) will recognize these tracks as copyright-free.
    Due to issues with third-party copyright systems and “content ID abuse,” even songs labeled “no copyright” may be incorrectly flagged.
    Tip: Only use tracks clearly marked as “copyright free,” and understand you use them at your own risk.

4. User Conduct

  • You agree not to misuse Creatorz+ (no hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, or posting harmful content).

  • Respect our team, community, and other users.

  • Don’t claim our music, videos, or brand as your own unless you have written permission.
