Refund Policy — Creatorz+

At Creatorz+, all products and memberships are digital (music, videos, downloads, and access plans). Because digital content is delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of true technical error.

No Returns or Exchanges
  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products once delivered or accessed.

  • Please double-check your order before purchasing.

Exceptions — We’ve Got You Covered

We’ll make it right if:

  • You purchased the wrong item by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded it yet.

  • There’s a technical issue (e.g., you cannot access your file, or you received the wrong download).

  • If any of the above happens, contact us at Support@CreatorzPlus.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll review your request and help you get what you paid for.

No Physical Goods
  • Creatorz+ does not ship physical products.

  • If you ordered through a different site (like our merch store or a partner), please follow their refund policies.

Copyright-Free Music Note
  • When using music labeled as “copyright free,” please note that third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) may sometimes flag or block tracks, even if they are properly labeled.

  • Creatorz+ is not responsible for takedowns or claims made by outside platforms. Use these tracks at your own risk.
